Hello—I’m Anne Hardy.

I help small business owners gain clarity and confidence in their finances so they can focus on growing their business.

With more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, engineering, and education, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking and real-world business insight. I hold both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, giving me a strong foundation in both operations and financial strategy.

Although I was trained as an engineer, I quickly discovered that my strengths naturally aligned with the financial and accounting side of the business. Throughout my career, I consistently took on roles involving cost analysis, budgeting, and financial decision-making. That pattern led me to fully embrace this path and become a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, where I now focus on helping small businesses stay organized, solve problems, and make smarter financial decisions.

I’ve worked in a variety of settings—from large manufacturing companies to higher education—which means I understand the challenges business owners face from multiple perspectives. Whether it’s cleaning up your books, streamlining your processes, or helping you better understand your numbers, my goal is to make your financial systems simple, accurate, and useful.

Today, I live in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, on a small farm with a beautiful view of Rumbling Bald. When I’m not working with clients, I’m spending time with my husband, Frank, our daughter, Gracie, and our pets—Winnie, Waylon, and Dolly.
